Due to Total lockdown across the state, the last date for submission of application form has been extended till July 31st 2021 instead of July 24, 2021.

ADMISSION NOTIFICATION 2021
1. Applicant must submit their application form completely filled in within the specific time. Late submission of application form will not be considered.
2. Applicant must completed HSSLC ( Arts / Science / Commerce ) securing not less than 40% pass percentage.
3. Documents to be attached:
- Two passport photocopy ( Self Attested )
- Self Attested photocopy of Age / Birth Certificate, Tribal Certificate, Residential Certificate.
- Self Attested photocopy of HSLC & HSSLC Marksheet and Certificate.
- Character certificate from competent authority.
- Certificate of medical fitness from designated medical practitioner for undergoing nursing course.
NOTE: All the documents enclosed in the application form must be produced in original at the time of interview.
4. Application form can be submitted through online at www.apolloschoolofnursing.co.in or at the Institution within 1st July, 2021 - 24th July, 2021.
5. Processing fee of Rs. 300/- will be charged and is payable at Account Holder: Lalhmingmawii, Account No. 30177510686 [State Bank of India, Bawngkawn Branch Aizawl ( Mizoram )], IFSC: SBIN0007059. Transaction receipt photocopy to be attached along with application form.
6. Information regarding written examination and Interview ( Online / Personal ) will be notified at www.apolloschoolofnursing.co.in .
7. Incomplete application form and submission after due date will be rejected.
